Dr. Graham Alabaster is the Chief of Sanitation and Waste Management at the Urban Basic Services Branch of UN-Habitat. He has over 25 years experience in the water sanitation and solid waste management working in over 30 countries. He has a special interest in urban systems and is experienced in provision of services to low income urban populations.
