About Teurai Anna Nyamangara

She has over five years of experience in community development, working with vulnerable groups such as women, girls, children, and people living in slums and informal settlements. Teurai has coordinated and implemented projects on youth inclusion, social assistance, and income generation, mobilising and capacitating local communities, and collaborating with key stakeholders such as local leaders, councils, government ministries, and the private sector. She is also a researcher involved in various research projects including the African Cities Research Consortium and International Institute for Environment and Development Covid Collective research. Teurai is a holder of BSc in Rural Development, Masters in Urban Design and Masters in Gender, Societal Studies and Development.
