Fernando Straface is the co-founder and served as Executive Director (2010-2015) of CIPPEC, one of the most important think tanks in Latin America. Since 2012, he has been part of the Strategic Committee of Argentina Debate, an institution that promoted the first presidential debate in Argentine history and represents the country in Debates International. He is an expert on issues of good governance, public sector reform and civil society. Since December 2015, Fernando Straface is Secretary General and International Relations of the Buenos Aires City Government. Juan Martín Vila worked as chief of staff at the Undersecretariat of Public Innovation and Open Government of Argentina’s Ministry of Modernisation. Since 2018, he has been serving as General Director of Institutional Quality and Open Government for the City of Buenos Aires. He holds a MA degree in Public Policy, Political Science and Government from Ortega y Gasset University Research Institute, Madrid. He also teaches at the Government School of Austral University.
