About Priya Manwaring

Priya Manwaring works as part of the IGC’s Uganda programme and on the Cities that Work initiative, translating cutting-edge economic research into clear urban policy guidance. Her current research areas include urban land use and planning, public infrastructure and service provision, housing markets, and municipal finance. She holds an MSc in Development Economics from the School of Oriental and African Studies from the University of Oxford.
