About Paul Rabé

Paul Rabé is Senior Land Expert at IHS/Erasmus University Rotterdam and Coordinator of urban programmes at the International Institute for Asian Studies (IIAS) in Leiden. His professional interests revolve around urban land governance, land management in the public interest, and integrated land and water governance. He holds a doctorate in policy, planning and development from the University of Southern California’s Sol Price School of Public Policy (2009).
