About Olive Kabatwairwe

Olive Kabatwairwe is the Coordinator for CoST Uganda and Regional Manager for CoST International in Africa. With 9 years of experience in governance and community work in Uganda and beyond, Olive is responsible for planning, implementation of the national programme in Uganda and coordinating the Multi-Stakeholder Groups and CoST countries in Africa. Olive is a Public Policy Analyst, holding a Master in Management Studies, a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Governance, and an Honours degree in Community Based Development. She also offers capacity building, mentorship, knowledge generation and learning to all countries interested in enhancing infrastructure transparency in Africa.
