About Marion Guénard

Marion Guénard is a Senior Officer within ICLEI’s Circular Development team. She works with cities around the world on implementing circular economy projects and policy frameworks at the local level. She is currently supporting the city of Turku, Finland, in designing the Circular Turku Roadmap in collaboration with regional stakeholders. Marion has an MSc in Environmental Management from the Paris-Sorbonne University.
