About Maria Paula Rivarola Monzón

Maria Paula Rivarola Monzón considers herself a feminist and is committed to gender equality. She holds a BSc in Psychology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), but she has built her career in the technology and entrepreneurship world, where her passion truly is. She has been part of Laboratoria team since its beginning, promoting its strategy and growth. Today, she is the City Director in Lima, leading the operations and a team of almost twenty people. She has participated in international workshops on gender and the use of technology and innovation for sustainable development. Before being part of Laboratoria, Maria Paula worked as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychology of PUCP and as Research Assistant for a project on street harassment.
