About Lutfor Rahman

Lutfor Rahman is working as a research officer at the International Centre for Climate Change and Development (ICCCAD). Lutfor has professional experience in inclusive urban infrastructure for marginalised people in primary and secondary cities. He also draws on years of experience in climate change adaptation strategies and advocacy. Lutfor holds an honours and master’s degree in Environmental Sciences from Jahangirnagar University.
