About Kodjovi E. Atchou

Kodjovi E. Atchou is a member of the WoeLab community and designer at the start-up SCOPE, which develops solutions for intelligent waste collection. He does research and development of recycling processes by thinking of and designing a second life for waste. Currently, he works on parts made from recycled paper and plastic that will be presented as part of the Lomé + exhibition, launching a new cultural venue called Lomé Palace.

The large amount of electronic waste is a serious challenge in Lomé, Togo. At WoeLab, tech-savvy young people come up with solutions that clean the environment, ensure recycling of electronic waste, and educate residents on how to manage and valorise their electronic waste.
