About Jorge Wolpert

Dr Jorge Wolpert is Director General of Mexico's National Housing Commission (CONAVI). At the time of the interview, he worked as Executive Director of Urban Development, Land and Housing at the Ministry of Agrarian, Territorial & Urban Development (SEDATU). He studied Architecture and Renewable Energies and holds a PhD from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
