About Istiakh Ahmed

Istiakh Ahmed is the Programme Coordinator for the Locally Led Adaptation and Resilience programme at the International Centre for Climate Change and Development. For the past seven years, he has been involved in climate change research. His background with anthropology has further equipped him with in-depth knowledge of interdisciplinary research methodologies. His interest areas are loss and damage, livelihood resilience, climate change adaptation, environmentally induced migration, and social vulnerabilities. Istiakh has published several journal articles, working papers, research reports, blogs and op-eds on the topic.
