Harya S. Dillon, or Koko as his friends call him, specialises in transportation planning and policy. His area of expertise includes urban mobility, transport economics, and statistical analysis. He has carried out research and consultancy projects sponsored by international organisations such as the EU, the ADB, the World Bank, UNDP, and GIZ. Koko’s academic articles have appeared in Research in Transportation Economics, Housing Policy Debate, Journal of Planning Education and Research, and Strategic Review, the Indonesian Journal of Leadership, Policy, and World Affairs. His Op-Eds have appeared in The Jakarta Post.
