About Evelyne de Leeuw

Evelyne is a professor of urban health and policy at UNSW Sydney. Her background is in public health and health promotion, cities, and health political science. She has been part of the European Healthy Cities movement since its launch in 1986. She is an editor for the journals Health Promotion International and Oxford Open Infrastructure and Health, and with Patrick Fafard, for the Palgrave Studies in Public Health Policy Research book series. Evelyne also currently acts as Vice-President of Scientific Affairs of the International Union of Health Promotion and Education, IUHPE.
