She currently works as a project manager of the regional "Integrated Resource Management in Asian Cities: the Urban Nexus Project". Ralph Trosse has a background in civil engineering and architecture. He has worked in many development projects in Benin, El Salvador and Nicaragua among others. He currently works as a technical director of the "Integrated Resource Management in Asian Cities: the Urban Nexus Project" in Bangkok.

The "Urban Nexus" is a theoretical and technical approach to integrated urban development. It introduces innovative and environmentally-friendly engineering solutions to improve the physical infrastructure of cities, and also promotes people-centered development.
