About Sarah Schneider & Lisa Lebershausen

Sarah Schneider started her career with GIZ in 2012 with an internship on disaster risk management in cities, then spent 2.5 years with the multi-donor programme Cities Development Initiative for Asia (CDIA) based in Manila, and recently transferred to Berlin to support the C40 Cities Finance Facility. Lisa Lebershausen holds an M.A. in International Development Studies and completed the trainee program with GIZ in India where she worked on urban environmental management and climate change issues. In Colombia, she supported a foundation focusing on sustainable urbanisation. Since March 2015, she is a GIZ Advisor for cities and climate change to the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB).
