About Bolor-Erdene Battsengel

Ms Bolor-Erdene is a digital development leader who is currently working as the State Secretary of the Ministry of Digital Development of Mongolia. She initiated a five-year plan to transform Mongolia into a digital nation and she started by digitalising government services on the e-Mongolia platform. She holds a MPP degree from the University of Oxford and has ten years of experience in international development working with UN, World Bank and Asian Development Bank. She is the youngest and one of the few female leaders in Mongolia and has been selected as Forbes 30 under 30
