About Asia A. M. Yaghi

Asia is a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Center for Human Rights, of the Supreme Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and a member of UN Women - Jordan. She is a pioneer activist for the rights of persons with disabilities and has been organising their movement in Jordan and internationally for years. She has worked at the Al Hussein Society for Rehabilitation of People with Mobility Challenges and in the office of His Royal Highness Prince El Hassan bin Talal. Asia received the Medal of Honor "Al Hussein for Giving and Excellence".
