About Keshav Jha

Keshav is working as a Manager (Research & Advocacy) of ICLEI South Asia. He has over ten years of experience working with cities and local governments, particularly from South Asia and South-East Asia on sustainable urban development planning and implementation. Keshav work is surrounded around greenhouse gas emission accounting and reporting, urban resilience planning, vulnerability assessment, low emission development planning, climate action plan preparation, energy auditing, stakeholders capacity building through targeted training programmes, strategic thinking, statistical analysis, public speaking, project management and delivery.
