About Jovana Carapic

Jovana Carapic holds a PhD in Political Science from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. Her dissertation aimed to unpack the state–armed group relationship. Since completing her doctorate, Jovana has been working for the Small Arms Survey where she is an active member of the ‘Weapons and Markets’ cluster and Gender Focal Point of the Small Arms Survey. She also holds an MA in Political Science and a BSc. in Psychology and Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada.
