About Hector Becerril
Hector is an architect and urban planner with expertise on public policy, governance and housing. He is currently a Research Fellow at CONACYT (National Science and Research Council of Mexico). Hector holds a PhD in Development Planning from The Bartlett Development Planning Unit, UCL, and a MSc. in Town Planning from the French Institute of Urbanism, University of Paris. Héctor has working experience in the United Kingdom, France, Brazil, and Mexico. He is a founding member of RIVHA - Researcher’s Network on Housing and Habitat in the Americas, which is member of UHPH.
