Dialogues for urban Change (D4uC) is commissioned by the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community (BMI) with the objective to strengthen integrated urban development through innovative learning and exchange formats. The project works globally with national ministries responsible for urban development, city associations, urban practitioners and other relevant stakeholders. At the heart of the intervention is the conviction that no country of city should have to reinvent the wheel, but capacities can be strengthened through systematic and long-term peer advice and exchange formats as well as through a trusting and supportive multi-level governance. In addition to various bilateral and multilateral activities the implementation of several transcontinental peer learning networks builds the core of the project.
