About Claire Simonneau

Claire Simonneau is a geographer and an urban planner. She holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Design from the University of Montreal. She was a postdoctoral fellow at the Catholic University of Louvain from 2016 to 2018 and is currently an Associated Researcher at Géographie-cités in Paris. Her research is focused on land access for housing in cities of the Global South, especially in West Africa.
