About Nina Asterina

Nina has a background in public policy and international urban development. She works to mainstream inclusivity in city design, planning, and implementation, ensuring that all people—regardless of age, gender, ability, or identity—are included. She develops participatory approaches that create safe spaces for vulnerable groups to voice their needs. With Kota Kita, she has worked in more than ten cities in Indonesia.
