About Marcela Neira Medina

Civil engineer with a master's degree in transportation and administration, with more than 11 years of experience in the formulation and implementation of policies, plans, programs, and projects of sustainable mobility and urban development, in different fields such as academia, private and public sectors, and international cooperation. Currently, she leads the implementation of sustainable mobility strategies and pilots in Colombian cities at GIZ.
