About Jules Dumas Nguebou

Jules Dumas Nguebou is a human rights defender and associate teacher at the University of Yaoundé. He is the Chairman of the Executive Board of ASSOAL, a Cameroonian Civil Society Organization established in 1998. ASSOAL engages in participatory democracy, promoting equal access to social housing and advocates for social, economic and cultural rights in Cameroon and Africa.
