About Joseph Severe

Joseph Severe is Executive Director at Union des Amis Socio Culturels d’Action en Développement (UNASCAD), a Haitian NGO. He is also part of the UN Major Groups, and served as UN ECOSOC lead discussant at the High Level Political Forum.
