About Genci Kojdheli

Genci Kojdheli is the General Director of Integration, Strategic Planning, and Economic Development at the Municipality of Tirana. He has led key infrastructure and EU projects, including Tirana’s successful bids for the European Youth Capital 2022, European City of Sports 2023, and Mediterranean Capital of Culture and Dialogue 2025. His previous roles include executive positions in the Ministries of Social Welfare and Interior, as well as work with international organisations such as World Vision, UNDP, and OSCE. Genci holds a BA in Law and an MA in International Law and Human Rights and has over a decade of university lecturing experience in law and international relations.
