About Rosario Loayza

Rosario Loayza is an architect with a Masters degree in anthropology. She has work experience in South America and Africa. Since 2007, she has been working in the EnDev programme where she is responsible for the overall activities of the programme and for advising and supporting the government and implementing partners.
