About Naomi Mwaura

Naomi Mwaura is the ITDP Communications Associate. She has over four years of experience in the public transport industry focusing on prevention of sexual harassment and violence. She is the founding director of Flone Initiative, an organisation that trains public transport operators in customer service, prevention of sexual violence, and professional development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honors) from United States International University, Kenya, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration, also from United States International University.
