About Uwe Becker

Uwe Becker manages the GIZ-implemented project 'Resource Efficiency and Secondary Raw Materials Management as a Contribution to Climate Change Mitigation' in India. This project is supported by Germany's Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB) within the scope of its International Climate Initiative (IKI). Mr Becker is also a member of the GIZ Working Group on Sustainable Industrial Areas (SIA). With its global outreach, SIA focuses on issues concerning the sustainable development of industrial and urban areas.
